Designing patterns, teaching classes at Quilt Country in Lewisville, Texas, and dyeing fabrics are some of my favorite things to do.

I am a member of The Quilter's Guild of Dallas and the Denton Quilt Guild. I belong to several quilting groups, including The Twisted Stitchers, a group that is interested in quilting in all its forms.

Gardening, photography and travel are some of my other interests. My husband, Mike, and I live in Double Oak, Texas, just north of Dallas, where I was born. We have four children, six grandchildren, three rotten dogs, a needy cat, lots of goldfish and koi and the occasional frog, toad, snake and lizard.
